Terms and Conditions

Surfers Aquarius is a strata titled apartment complex. All apartments are individually owned. Appearance, inclusions and furnishings vary in every apartment. The majority of units are air conditioned.

Customers will be accommodated per apartment category booked. In the event of loss of apartment within the management letting pool for any reason that may result in overbooking, Surfers Aquarius will endeavor to relocate customers to equivalent accommodation standard.

Apartments will be serviced mid stay during holidays of 7 nights or more.

An initial supply of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, laundry and toiletries is supplied upon check in; these are not replenished during the stay however additional supply can be purchased from reception.

Car parking is free and available for one car per booked apartment.

Wireless internet access is complimentary.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Reservations & Check in

Photo identification of the main booking name and a credit card security hold of a $300 pre-authorization is required upon check in.

Please note this may take 3 – 5 business days after checkout to be released back.

Credit card & photo identification must be corresponding to the reservation name. Apartment keys will not be issued to a person not named in the reservation or if any of the above is not met.

Reservations and check in will not be accepted should all guests be under the age of 18 years.
All guests must sign a copy of the properties conditions upon check in.

Check in is from 2pm. Check out is by 10am.

If you are arriving out of our Reception hours please call the us on 07 55389466 to arrange an after hours check.

All after hours check in guests must report to reception the following morning got complete the guest registration.

Request Policy –  Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests please understand that it may not be possible to do so, regardless of the date your booking was made.

Should you consider the apartment you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocation’s can be requested – subject to availability and at an additional cost. Guests wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee of $165.00 AUD.

Reception Hours

Monday – Friday 9.00am to 16.00pm  Saturday 9.00am to 12.00pm, Sunday & Public Holidays Closed.

If you are arriving out of our Reception hours please call the us on 07 55389466 to arrange an after-hours check.

All after hours check in guests must report to reception the following morning got complete the guest registration.

Apartment Capacity

1 bedroom apartments – rates are based on up to 2 people sharing, plus infant in cot. No additional person can be accommodated.

Maximum capacity – 2 plus infant

2 bedroom apartments – rates are based on up to 4 people sharing using existing bedding. One additional person can be accommodated at the extra person nightly rate of $50.00.
Maximum capacity – 5 plus infant

Infants & Children

Infant 0 – 2 year inclusive

Cot hire must be pre-booked. Cot charge payable direct to reception for $15.00 per night

FOC if supplying own cot

Children 2+ must be accommodated in existing bedding up to maximum capacity

Mid November – Mid December SCHOOLIES PERIOD

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘schoolies’ period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of the school graduate guests during this period.

**Please note: We are not able to accommodate school leavers during the annual “Schoolies” Festival. For this reason, we reserve the right to reject bookings from school leavers.
If you still choose to book your accommodation and it turns out that you are a school leaver, your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Property Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellations

Season 1

27/1/21 – 1/4/21, 19/4/21 – 25/6/21, 12/7/21 – 17/9/21, 5/10/21 – 10/12/21

Full accommodation cost will be taken 48 Hours prior to arrival, after this date no refund will be applicable.

Season 2

2/4/21 – 18/4/21, 25/6/21 – 11/7/21, 17/9/21 – 4/10/21, 10/12/21 – 18/12/21, 10/1/22 – 24/1/22.

Full accommodation cost will be taken 14 days prior to arrival, after this date no refund will be applicable.

Season 3

18/12/21 – 10/01/22,

Full accommodation cost will be taken 30 days prior to arrival, after this date no refund will be applicable.
